We offer a £150 system health inspection, including a full boiler service, to get you set up. We’ll explain your options and help you choose the right plan – or carry out any necessary work before you join.

Key Information (on all 3 plans)
- Cover starts once your first payment is received.
- A 28-day waiting period applies before claims (unless WarmNest installed or inspected your system).
- Plans have no fixed contract – cancel anytime.
- If you cancel after your annual service has been completed, the standard service charge will apply.
- Routine visits are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.
- Plumbing & Heating: If a replacement part is needed we provide a functional, off-the-shelf solution with a set value.
- Customers may choose an upgraded option by paying the difference.
- For new customers, a £150 boiler and heating system health check (including a full service) is required. We’ll talk you through any issues and options before moving forward—whether that means starting a NestCare plan straight away or completing any necessary repairs to ensure eligibility.
